The safety and wellbeing of our employees and clients is paramount especially during this unprecedented time of COVID-19. After the Government announcement on 24 March 2020, we have implemented this policy to ensure that employees, buyers, vendors, tenants, landlords, tradespeople and any other stakeholders adhere to the regulations.
All viewings are strictly by private appointment.
Appointments are limited to the Agent and one (1) Buyer (two person rule)
All buyers are qualified prior to an inspection including the following questions being asked:
Have you been ill or returned from overseas in the past 14 days?
Have you viewed all images of the property and considered the floor plan as seen on the web?
Have you completed a drive-by of the property to ensure you are satisfied with the location?
Have you approved finance and can perform on a sale contract, subject to price negotiation?
During a private inspection, we ask that you:
Refrain from touching hard and soft surfaces;
Should you need to cough or sneeze, do so into your elbow;
Ask for assistance if you wish to open a cupboard, drawer or door;
Apply hand sanitiser. As stocks are limited, it is preferable if you can provide your own;
Refrain from physical contact including shaking hands;
Keep a distance of 1.5 metres between yourself and other people.
