Lynette Malcolm has secured a position in the Real Estate Business Top 50 Women in Real Estate 2016 benchmark report, which ranks female real estate sales agents across Australia according to a range of 2015 calendar year metrics, including sales volume, average days on market and number of listings.

The Top 50 Women in Real Estate ranking is an initiative of leading industry resource Real Estate Business (REB), which is produced by award-winning media business Momentum Media.

REB’s Top 50 Women in Real Estate provides a benchmark for all agents to aspire to, with outstanding performances across the board,” said Vivienne Kelly, managing editor of real estate at Momentum Media.

The calibre of entrants in this year’s ranking was exceptional, with the total sales volume across the Top 50 in excess of $4 billion.

Data collected for the Top 50 Women in Real Estate ranking included sales volumes and average sales price, among other information.

Figures were verified by a senior member of each agency or network, or the office’s accountant.

Breaking the data down, the average age of the Top 50 Women agents was 47, and they sold a property every 29.4 days. They averaged 69 property sales for the year, with an average sale price of $1.5 million.
